How It Works

We send you a sample QR fridge magnet and sample sticker. We then arrange a Zoom meeting to discuss your property and regional activities and then, from the compendium PDF you provide, build the chatbot to reflect your property branding and guests' needs.

The bot is not limited to a specific set of questions and answers, when asked a question, your bot understands what you want and instantly reads through the compendium PDF it was trained on, to provide the appropriate answer - in any language!

When the artwork and ChatBot is approved, we organise your annual subscription and provide the QR code artwork which you can use in your marketing, on websites and social media.

We then provide QR code fridge magnets at $2 each or free stickers to place in each guest room and common areas. Your guests can scan the QR code with their smartphone and ask the chatbot for recommendations and information.
