HOW IT WORKS
We setup the aged care facility with an exclusive domain name (e.g. www.dubbocarevideochat.com.au) to enable families to easily arrange a video chat and connect with their loved ones with one simple click
We organize the registration of a ZOOM account that will allow meetings of over 50 people for up to 40 minutes on our server which is totally independent of the facility's existing I.T. infrastructure
We provide a fully setup 10 inch Android Tablet for staff to take to the residents room - Or we can setup your existing tablet
We demonstrate and support the staff in operating the 'One Click 'start a call function on the tablet
The booking request automatically emails to your preferred email address
We offer unlimited telephone support to staff to ensure smooth introduction and 'One Click' gltch free experiences for families
(The public has become far more skilled at using video call programs over recent times)
